siRNA Delivery System for Inflammatory Diseases...(TF13054) [1]

Dr. Jianjun Cheng and his research group have developed a system for delivering small interfering RNA (siRNA). siRNA can be used as a specific form of interference in the inflammation cascade that could be used to treat inflammatory diseases. The invention greatly enhances the delivery efficiency of the siRNA to the intended tissue.
